Terms of Reference


  1. 1.To formulate policy/guidelines on the acquisition of works of art for the new Legislative Council (LegCo) Complex.

  2. 2.To advise on the locations of works of art in the new LegCo Complex.

  3. 3.To advise on matters relating to the display and management of the art collection in the new LegCo Complex.

  4. 4.To monitor the progress and developments relating to the above items.
